Two Medicine Hat Males Charged with Assault

On November 25, 2017, at approximately 1:30 AM, members of the Medicine Hat Police Service responded to a report in the 400 block of North Railway Street, involving a vehicle driving by a group of people and shooting at the group with an airsoft gun. One person was struck by a bb fired from the gun and suffered a minor injury as a result. A vehicle, matching the description provided by a witness, was stopped by police a short time later, and two airsoft guns were recovered and two males were arrested.

As a result of this investigation, 22-year-old Collin Ralko and 24-year-old, Kieron Burgess, both of Medicine Hat, AB have been charged with Assault with a Weapon.

It is believed there may have been a third male in the vehicle at the time of the incident and police are asking anyone with information about this incident to contact the MHPS at 403-529-8481.
