Administrative Services Manager

The Administrative Services Manager reports directly to the Chief of Police and is responsible for:

  • Personnel Coordination, leading the civilian administrative personnel in the Office of the Chief
  • Budget and Finance Coordination, managing the Police Service Capital and Operating budgets, and maintaining a day-to-day overview of the administration of the budgets
  • Act as a Financial Officer for all Alberta Law Enforcement Response Teams (ALERT), major case files and special projects
  • Communication Coordination, planning, developing and implementing communication strategies and protocols
  • Coordinate response to media inquiries, including conducting research and arranging for interviews with members of the media
  • Participates in strategic planning for the Service
